RESULTS of Our 24 Day Challenge

The 24 Day Challenge has ended. This sounds ridiculous but I am actually SAD that it is over. However, they do say to go into it with a 24 day mindset and a 90 day commitment so that eventually it will turn into a healthy everyday lifestyle change, and I truly think that is where we are headed.
